The Home Owner and/or Sales Representative are responsible for informing Timberhaven Log & Timber Homes, LLC of special code requirements. Upon completion of the structural review by a licensed design professional, additional design and material changes along with the related Engineering fees will be processed and billed accordingly. If any additional reviews or materials are required as a result of local code considerations and/or customer requests, such as state stamps, energy calculations, beam sizings, load calculations for wind, snow, radiant heat systems, etc., they will be processed and billed accordingly.
