					<description><![CDATA[I seriously recommend solid log gables as this just contributes to the structural soundness of the home.  In the long run, the additional expense is minimal when considering other factors required to finish a conventionally framed gable.  In all of the log homes that I have built in the past, over 90% of these have solid log gables.  Good job Paul!]]></description>
